Filtration

The range of filtration products is quite wide spanning from very coarse filters such as sand or multimedia to nano and reverse osmosis systems which reject very small ions, organics, and salts.spacer

We will assess the contaminants in your system, gain an understanding of the fluid end use (I,e, DI, WFI, etc) evaluate the specifications for your fluid, and also consider the downstream equipment that needs to be protected (pump seals, final filters, nozzles, etc). Using this info our engineers will recommend a filtration system to meet your needs.

In many cases you may require a combination of several filters, arranged in series to provide the most cost effective and compliant solution.

Cartridge Filtration

Envirogen supplies filter cartridges using a wide range of depth and membrane filter media, with filtration ratings from 0.1 micron microbial to 200 microns.

Bag Filtration

Envirogen offers a comprehensive line of bag filters to cover most coarse clarifying filtration needs.

Cartridge and Bag Filter Housings

The completely engineered system features a layered Anthracite, Sand and Garnet media bed to deliver clarifying filtration via a true graded pore structure.

Multi-Media, Dual Media & Sand Filtration

The completely engineered system features a layered Anthracite, Sand and Garnet media bed to deliver clarifying filtration via a true graded pore structure.

Reverse Osmosis

Envirogen Reverse Osmosis systems are used in the production of purified water and to reduce the volume of wastewater. Nanofiltration modules also available.spacer

Ultrafiltration for Clean Water

Envirogen modular Ultrafiltration Systems feature hollow-fiber membranes that flow inside-out, for more effective cleaning, longer life, and no exterior abrasion of fibers. Either dead-end or partial cross-flow configurations offered.

Ultrafiltration for High Solids

Envirogen crossflow Ultrafiltration Membrane Systems are tubular membranes with Helix technology, designed to whisk contaminants away from the membrane surface to prevent fouling.

Pressure Leaf Filters

Pressure leaf filters utilize the concept of cake filtration to deliver an economic and reliable solution for liquids with higher solid loads, between 0.01% – 3%.
